The Frank Pleasants - Beaverdam Ruritan Scholarship
The Beaverdam Ruritan is proud to announce the names of the Patrick Henry
High School students that have been awarded this years scholarships.
Hillary Cabe, Sarah Jennings and Maggie Tanner were each presented with a
$2000 Scholarship. This scholarship is made possible by the generosity
provided thru the estate of Frank Pleasants. We congratulate all three on
their hard work and wish them success in their future.

Big News for the Baseball Fields
Thanks to the continued generosity of the Frank Pleasants
Estate we have constructed a public restroom building to replace the Porta-Johns that have been used in the past. It
has been built at the
location that the portable facilities have been and accommodate men, women
and handicapped.
